Alphabet of Angels /Enochian / OPHANIM - (plasma 'alpha beta' hypercube superset of the Hebrew Tetra/Cube): goldenmean.info/ophanim By Dan Winter - with Vincent Bridges.. and John DEE - 007! : Only gene pools empowered by compassion get sufficient braid recursion to penetrate the time lines...These bodies of magnetic arc-angles sewn recursive (breathable) are indexed by the sequence of turns- superset (next superposed spin symmetry IS the next dimension) language to Annunaki's simple tetra-Hebrew. Then reading down in the Ophanim alphabet tables like tic tac toe, we discovered the letters read: Ureil, Gabirel, Michael, Ophaniel, Exekiel, etc. This suggests that our ANGEL NAMES were simply symmetry turn instructions for how to cookie cut biology's magnetics into black holes. Literally, the Angel Names are the symmetry turns for light bodies to squirt into star bodies- and time (where fractal charge rotation enables coupling called synchronicity /coincidence). These letters were the actual glyphs used to make the movie Stargate. This is how the Ophanim Angels become light bodies incubating black holes through stars. This is also how people can become stars, as perfect embedding permits. (Nest into a membrane then steer it.) The Greek alphabet (geometry letter number values) was the key to the puzzle. To be a star you have to make gravity (centering fractal attractive force) for yourself in your own heart. When the DNA implodes with BLISS: the hearts sonic ponytail (piezo DNA braiding algorithm) embedding makes the gravity we use to slingshot our plasma envelope/aura/KA - to the sun to the stars. If we understand the story, John Dee learned most of the languages of Earth, and then said I need to understand true Angel language. An Ophanim Angel knocked on his window, handed him of grey green magnetic 'shew' stone sphere. This egg Ophanic communication device is in the British museum today. Thanks to Frank - who wrote the Fractal Synth software (link below)- to prove that Golden Ratio produced the maximum possible CONSTRUCTIVE wave interference in wave relations in general. This was helpful (a good step) toward proving - my original idea that heterodyning for Golden Ratio charge waves - produced the non-destructive charge compression (which turns in to acceleration by constructive interference of phase velocity) to produce gravity.

Inspired by my idea that Phi recursion optimizes heterodyne phase conjugation, Frank successfully set out to prove that the Golden Mean ratio emerges from wave physics optimizing criteria; this "back-enginereering" of the Golden Mean ratio is the first time ever that its importance was proven based on a pure physics departure point alone (also with Fractal Synth Software- link below) ; his peer-reviewed paper also demonstrates that the Fourier spectrum of a Golden Mean recursive heterodyne is a perfect Fractal, whereas other ratios create a chaotic spectrum.
This is a direct proof that Golden Mean among heterodynes creates / translates into fractality among normal waves. A US Federal Judge in defiance of the First Amendment has decided it is illegal for anyone in the US to publish anything ever written by Dan Winter. Neither Tenen nor his organization are interested in increasing our storehouse of knowledge unless they can hold the copyright and profit from that knowledge.
The court's ruling was unfortunate in other ways, since it ordered Dan Winter's web site -confiscated;” that the contents be made unavailable for public viewing. Also, if we understand the ruling, Winter was also forbidden from any further publication of his research into the relationship between the Golden Mean derived spirals and the -flaming letters” of the Hebrew alphabet; despite the fact that the visualization of Hebrew letters surrounded by flames is a concept that goes back to ancient times and is nothing invented or discovered by Tenen. The publication of Winter's book on the subject, which had been due last year, has also been canceled due to the ruling.

In our opinion, the ruling amounted to nothing less than a court ordered book burning. The loss of this material to scientifically minded members of the spiritual community has been devastating. Although Tenen's camp derided Winter in court, painting a picture of him as deranged and obsessed, we have known for years that he possesses one of the finest minds in the New Age. The claim that he was plagiarizing Tenen's work is also somewhat laughable, since we have first-hand knowledge of the fact that he was working on the relationship between the Hebrew letters and the Golden Mean long before he happened to stumble across Tenen's work. Although he might have been guilty of -borrowing” some graphics that weren't his to use (to give Tenen the benefit of the doubt), the court's ruling was much too broad, and did not serve the public interest. In other words, the court took what should have been a technical adjustment and turned it into a witch hunt.

The good news is that some Europeans have evidently discovered a loophole in the judge's ruling that has allowed them to publish some of his work online at http://www.goldenmean.info/dnaring. We would suggest, however, that if this work interests you that you should copy it immediately, since it's probably only a matter of time before the folks at Meru decide that their profit motive and -pure” vision is greater than your right to know and think for yourself. Just as the fundamentalists believe that only they can interpret the Bible, so does Tenen and his group believe that only they understand the Hebrew letters."

Tenen has not yet attempted to censor her. Hall's article has been around for a long time and is published in other journals as well. If Tenen was genuinely concerned with preserving the integrity of his work and his reputation in the manner he claims, why hasn't he confronted her and others publishing similar material? The fact that these ideas remain published online at many websites fortifies their presence in public domain. Therefore, Tenen is estopped from legally claiming otherwise.

The Tenens feel that my actions are causing them "professional and legal damage." Given the cumulative effect of their mischaracterization of this whole situation and their misrepresentation of the facts, that is a burden they simply cannot lawfully make or bear. They chose to make a problem where there was none. Any litigation initiated on their behalf would be deemed frivolous prosecution, and indeed there are penalties for that.

...In reality, the language of the (Court`) Order (against Winter) was constructed by attorneys for plaintiffs Tenen. Once signed by defendant Winter, it was submitted to the Judge for his signature. It appears that the Judge made a serious oversight or abused his discretion in allowing certain language to remain in the injunction because it is blatantly unconstitutional.

...Judge Siragusa ruled accordingly: This court agrees with Magistrate Judge Scott's assessment of the case at this stage: "plaintiffs have not established that the ideas upon which the defendants' work are based are subject to copyright protection, or to the extent the plaintiffs have a copyright, that such copyright has been infringed by the defendants' work." Clearly the factual issue pertaining to the ability of defendants to create the shape he claims he has through mathematical means will require expert testimony to establish and to refute. In view of this court's order to the defendants to keep more accurate records of sales, it appears that damages will suffice to remedy any breach of copyright found after trial. The plaintiffs' request for a preliminary injunction is denied. -This is extremely important for reasons soon stated.

(regarding the later court 'order' written by Tenen) "...The effect of such vagueness is to suppress valid, free and protected speech, intended or not, especially for third parties who are unsure as to whether such injunction applies to them. If third parties are unable to determine if they are bound by the Order, they must refrain from speaking or risk contempt. This directly violates all principles of due process and has a chilling effect on everyone's right to free speech.

This inappropriate language appears in the most vital directive of Tenen's Order. It particularly seeks to enjoin Winter and all those "acting in concert" with him from "making or publishing any oral or written disparaging or unsubstantiated statement, or any statement inconsistent with these findings of fact, to any person or entity about the quality, originality, competence, motives or religious status of the plaintiffs or about their published or unpublished works." Such language is guaranteed to be stricken if this Order comes under second scrutiny or appeal because it clearly violates the standards of both copyright law and the First Amendment.

... neither party had an appropriate expert per the Court's decision, and therefore no direct finding by the Court that Winter plagiarized or infringed anything could be made.

...Tenen and his organization, the Meru Foundation, are alleging that no one can talk about their work or even mention it without his permission. Therefore he is engaging in what antitrust law calls "exclusionary conduct." ....A recent Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals decision, Alcatel USA, Inc., v. DGI Technologies, Inc., 166 F.3d 772 (5th Cir. 1999), sent a strong message to intellectual property owners who refuse to grant access to information and operating systems needed by competitors in order to achieve interoperability in related or derivative markets. The court reversed a copyright infringement injunction against DGI based on a jury finding that DSC had misused its copyright.

...A website called www.tenensucks.com might certainly offend and appear to "disparage" the Tenens. To disparage means "to belittle, to discredit." Such disparagement can be but expressions of opinions which are fully protected under the law. Yet publishing one's ideas and opinions regarding such broad topics as current research and concepts like "intellectual elitism" is not disparaging -- especially when the text contains no names to disparage! Unfortunately, courts being comprised of fallible human beings can often misapply the law resulting in inconsistent decisions. Such rulings usually get appealed. For example, in Tenen v. Winter, it was ordered that Winter entirely relinquish ownership of his domain name, www.danwinter.com to Tenen. If you go to www.danwinter.com now, you will find the Corrective Notice and the Order favoring Tenen's perspective on these matters. It can even be said that this website is now disparaging Dan Winter. It certainly has the effect of confusing first time visitors in search of material by Dan Winter. Some might call this immoral and duplicitous ­ perhaps even unlawful. Indeed, another court ruling is directly on point.

Therefore, if it were not for this unconstitutional Order, Winter could lawfully bring a suit against Tenen for usurping his domain name "www.danwinter.com" in order to rightfully reclaim it. Actually he could still try this on the basis that the Order is unconstitutional and so unenforceable if he so desired. Current court precedent is solidly in his favor. Not only that, but he could entertain the possibility of bringing criminal charges against them for conversion ­ theft of property.

..It is unfortunate that Winter felt (as a result of coercion or not) that he had to give up his First Amendment freedoms and flee the country in exile. Little does he know that he did not need to do that, that there were remedies, that an admission of copyright infringement does not require giving up all one's First Amendment rights to self-expression, study, and research and the right to publish the results of exercising those rights. Yet that's what Tenen and company sold him. What a lemon, indeed. And now they're trying to sell this truly rotten "poisoned fruit" to me. But I'm not buying it.

I have not infringed anyone's copyright. I have not defamed anyone. I am not subject to the injunction Tenen obtained against Dan Winter. Therefore, if an action is initiated against me or anyone else in similar circumstance, there are a number of options to consider.

Proactively, one could file a motion for declaratory judgment seeking a direct ruling on the invalidity and inapplicability of the Judgment. Any pleading filed by Tenen would be frivolous, and therefore, a motion to dismiss and a motion for sanctions would be in order pursuant Fed.R.Civ.P. 11(b) and (c). Sanctions would include costs incurred in responding to his allegations, which in my case, are continuing to accrue...

Anyone whose interests are being affected by this Order can easily reopen it for any significant "reason justifying relief," giving the court broad authority to vacate or void it when doing so is appropriate to accomplish justice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(4-6). Rule 60 also provides for relief from a final judgment if giving it prospective application would be inequitable, which indeed it would be in this case. ...

The court can also be asked to cancel the unconstitutional stipulated Order if sufficient evidence showed it was signed under extreme duress or fraudulent circumstance. In Wise v. Midtown Motors, Inc., 231 Min. 46, 51, 42 N.W.2d 404,407 (1950), a stipulation was dismissed because the party had demonstrated a genuine issue of material fact on the issue of duress. Duress in a contract is found "when a person is coerced by physical force or unlawful threats that destroy the person's free will and compel compliance with some demand of the party exerting the coercion." Id. Winter already has one genuine issue of material fact ­ his complaint bringing harassment charges against Tenen. This complaint was dismissed as part of a sanction, and consequently never given an evidentiary hearing. Whether or not he was actually harassed is not the issue. It is sufficient that he thought, felt, and believed that he was, which could have significantly exacerbated his duress. The harassment complaint put the Court on notice of this point and is duly noted in the record for purposes of appeal.

That plaintiffs and their attorneys were significantly empowered against defendant Winter who appeared to be disempowered by illness, duress, and lack of legal representation, is suspect. In determining whether parties are of sound mind and competent to understand and sign agreements, the courts measure the degree to which the parties were fully informed about the nature of the agreement and its consequences. Therefore a significant element seriously considered in these cases is whether or not a party was represented by counsel when signing the stipulation. A clause in the Tenen/Winter Stipulation asserts that the parties had reached an agreement while Winter was represented for settlement purposes only, and it was that agreement that was incorporated into the final Order. Still, he was not represented when he actually signed it, so it is possible that he could not properly understand the legal consequences of what he was signing due to significant impairments. The fact remains that injurious stipulations must be set aside, especially when they include misrepresentations as to material facts, undue influence, collusion, duress, fraud, and even inadvertence. Lowery v. Locklear Constr., 132 NC. App. 510 at 514, 512 S.E.2d 477 at 479 (1999) (citing 73 Am. Jur. 2d Stipulations §14 (1974)); Thomas v. Poole, 54 N.C. App. 239 at 242, 282 S.E.2d 515 at 517 (1981).

Finally, because the Court inevitably signed an Order which was constitutionally invalid and statutorily unenforceable, relief may also be sought on the grounds that the court abused its discretion under Rule 65(d). The Seventh Amendment requires a right to jury trial in copyright cases whenever damages are sought. Feltner v. Columbia Pictures Television, Inc., 118 S.Ct. 1279 (1998). Winter was ordered to pay Tenen over $85,000 including costs for damages, yet the case never went to trial. This is only one factor suggesting such abuse.

Perhaps most significantly, the entire case can be appealed -- especially if anyone is erroneously named a party "acting in concert" with Winter. Yet even for nonparties, their rights to appeal are assured as long as their interests and the interests of their publishers are affected. United States v. Chagra, 701 F.2d 354, 358-59, (5th Cir. 1983). See also United States v. Kirschenbaum, 156 F.3d 784, 794 (7th Cir. 1998) finding that where a nonparty is bound by an injunction, the nonparty may bring an appeal rather than face the possibility of a contempt proceeding. In re Estate of Ferdinand Marcos Human Rights Litig., 94 F.3d 539, 544 (9th Cir. 1996) also found standing for a nonparty where an injunction confronted the nonparty with the choice of either conforming its conduct to the dictates of the injunction or risking contempt proceedings.

V. CONCLUSION - In most cases of this kind, First Amendment considerations always outweigh copyright considerations. But what is so erroneous about this case is that the copyright considerations are strongly suspect in themselves, if not invalid, for reasons discussed supra.

Double Tetrahedron and Logarithmic Spiral The Meru foundation has based their belief of the seed solely on that of an Apple. However nothing in the bible or religious text supports this senario. While the path of the logarithmic spiral is indeed that of the pentagram, and the two logarithmic spiral's create a pentagram which is directly link to color, as Dan Winter has pointed out various times through research, the seed itself is as Hermes has point out in the Emerald Tablet, the double tetrahedron. This is indeed is a fatal mistake on Tenen's part, and as I have stated in other pictures within my site the logarithmic spiral is actually a spiral of 1.666 not 1.5, which is another mistake on Stan's part. however, he does fail to make clear, that when Dan Winter began with his original idea to use the Golden Mean Spiral to mathematically model the origin of the Alphabets - he got NO MATHEMATIC information of any kind from Stan Tenen.--, whose model at that point (& it appears even now) was entirely based only on a crude hand carved piece of jewelry. ( the 'flame letter' based on tetra symmetry was never original to Tenen - see 2nd above)
The equation to topo map the Golden Spiral on a recursive form (more than a torus) was entirely Dan's original work. If he could have absorbed the huge costs to prove that in Federal Court - then the US would today be able to benefit from Dan's teaching.

In summary - Winter was the first to discover the Golden Mean spiral (charge embedding = to symbolize) is the origin of alphabets. He was also first to map the equations, and first to animate that. (If Tenen has changed his tune since- it is only further evidence of his lack of credibility). Its full astronomical name is "Alpha Draconis", It was once thought to be the brightest star in the constellation Draco, hence the 'Alpha' designation. The honor really goes to a star named Eltanin, "Gamma Draco". It is believed that Thuban was considerably brighter several thousand years ago. This star was the pole star at about 2700 BC. We know for example that a thin mono-atom thread of gold - will - exactly like DNA - become quasi superconductive when zapped with (lightning) an amperage surge at the moment of crystallization. And we know why: 'atomic jitterbug' valence cubeocta to dodeca- sets up implosive symmetry. This imitates at the atomic level - the purification by implosive fire- which occurs at the DNA and gland levels called Kundalini.

In it's thin film state - that gold foil - becomes an electric media for re-CORDING how (phase conjugating) magnetic domains create charge fusion in DNA by using SYMMETRY SEQUENCES called alphabet letters. Josoph Smith's URIM and THUMIN were tetra shaped clear piezo quarz used to index (calibrate) the phase angle of the charge domains (donuts) he was seeing (required only slight clairvoyance).

Question from - zarkorgon: On page 30 of Dan Winters book, Earthheart, filename 'FIRSTBK.PDF', a series of letters are shown within a triangle (tetrahedron) or square. The letters have two or three numbers associated with them, these numbers are stated to be x,y,z coordinate values.Questions; What exactly are these coordinate values and how are they derived specifically? What is the max range value of these coordinate values? There are negative and positive coordinate integer values, what do the positive ones indicate as opposed to the negative ones? How can I replicate an experiment to reproduce this phenomenon? My guess is that the coordinate values are rotational positions of the triangular faces of a given tetra, or is this representing a 3 way axis of light beaming into the form, being rotated at different angles?

Using Pentagonal Geometry to Explore Inner Space
Part Zero - The Physics of Magick

The Emerald Tablet of Hermes, a first century A.D. alchemical text, attempted to express ancient Egypt's scientific wisdom in a few pithy lines of metaphorical and metaphysical symbology, suited of course for the educated Egyptian, or Greek or Roman philosopher/magician of the day. Its insight is still breath-taking, if one has the key to the symbolism; if not, its obscurity is profound. Since few of use have the world-view of an Alexandrian mage, a simple how-to of magickal philosophy, in modern scientific terms, seems to e absolutely necessary. Science is the magician's willful apprentice, Magick's lost step--child/prodigy, who has learned one trick, and therefore must compulsively repeat that trick, without knowing how to stop itself. To understand Magick, we must reclaim science as the observational and experimental tools needed to apprehend the true vastness of the Universe.

And so, with a nod to the real geniuses (Winter?) who figures out what I am about to simplify, let's take a stab at a new Emerald Tablet:

1) THE UNIVERSE IS MADE OF ONE SUBSTANCE
We all know the basic formula for this one ­­ E=MC2.
Matter is just a lot of energy moving so slowly that we can touch it and sit on it. energy is just a little bit of matter moving so fast we have trouble finding it. They are polarities of the same substance, which is flowing or moving as different rates, constantly. This very compressibility is what stores form and memory in its wave shape.



2) THE UNIVERSAL SUBSTANCE HAS ONLY ONE WAVE SHAPE -- THE SINE WAVE
The Fourier principle of frequency signature transformation means that even the most complex shape is a simple sum of sine waves of different lengths.



3) THE UNIVERSE CAN BE DESCRIBED AS A GEOMETRY OF PRESSURE
Geometry can be thought of here as the basic creation of symmetry. Any symmetrical structure creates a place where meeting waves, those traveling in opposite directions, can stand, that is, to phase and phase-lock. Standing waves give the illusion of solidity, which is the segregation of momentum that makes possible the birth of matter. Pressure occurs where waves meet.

Only ration is sacred; scale is mundane. Information is the only universal in our hologramic universe, every part contains the information of the whole. Sharability, the way converging waves create sustainable forms, then becomes a property of inherent structure emerging naturally from the process itself.

In a world made only of waves, there would be just two geometric forms, the torus, or vortex, and the golden mean spiral. the donut, torus, form is the only structure in a world of waves that can become coherent, that is, retain a regular shape like a smoke ring. As more of these smoke rings are created and they want to relate to the first smoke ring, they must "nest" in the right pattern so that they can remember their form and still share structure. the best pathway for doing this is the ratio we call the golden mean.

Only a form of Golden Mean symmetry will allow converging waves to add and multiply at the same time. Only in this way, in this shape, can waves nest together without interfering with each other and canceling out their memories. A Golden Mean spiral can nest triangles, Squares and five-sides figures, crating a dodecahedron as it does,. the dodecahedron is the perfect Golden mean nest for turning information into coherent structure. That's why it is also the pattern of the braided DNA molecule. The Golden Mean happens, the icosahedronal donut and the dodecahedronal donut generate the only other two naturally occurring numbers: Pi and E.

From this simple shape, and these three irrational, but naturally occurring numbers, the universe is built. No wonder the ancient Egyptians called these qualities the cosmological Neters or forces.



4) FOCUS IS THE ONLY MEDIUM THAT CREATES IN A UNIVERSE OF WAVES
Focus, directed intensity of consciousness, occurs when the excited nests of smoke rings become fractally attractive along the patterns created by Phi, Pi, and E. When this happens they also become matter, and the attractive quality is then seen as gravity. Intention, like gravity, is a lens that bends light. Focus in the form of the great geometric archetypes generates a sense of symbolic "gravity."



5) SHAPE IS THE ONLY THING THE UNIVERSE HAS TO CONSERVE. ALL QUALITATIVE CHANGES COME FROM DIFFERENCES IN SHAPE, NOT SUBSTANCE
Everything in our world, all matter, that is, all fractally attractive patterns of informational density, is composed of atoms, which are described by physics as a nucleus surrounded by electrons in so-called orbital shells. These shells are the pattern, the shape or ratio, which is the only thing the universe must conserve, in order to know itself. These shells or shapes are formed by the nestings of energy donuts or smoke rings. the Atomic Table then becomes a simple set of wave patterns, describing valency as symmetry. Everything can be created from the nesting of one donut, with a pair of vortices; three donuts, with six single direction vortices; five donuts, with ten vortices; and seven donuts, with fourteen vortices. Count the vortices and you have the number of electrons in each orbital shell.

These patterns form regular shapes, called the Platonic solids because Plato was the first to write about them: the tetrahedron, on pair of vortices; the octahedron/cube, three pairs; the dodecahedron, five pairs; and the icosahedron, seven pairs. These basic shapes are important in transmitting the very waves structure of matter, best understood as templates that generate the focus of intensity necessary to become fractally attractive, that is, bend the straight energy flow of light into a circle of atomic structured matter.



6) THE ONLY WAY TO CONSERVE SHAPE ALONG A PATH IS TO MAINTAIN THE NEST OF RATIOS CONTAINING LENGTH, BREADTH AND VOLUME
The most elegant nest of ratio are those that intertwine Phi, Pi, and E, such as the DNA spiral. We can think of this as simple proof that DNA is a structure that is codes to transmit information along the pathway of temporal evolution of physical life forms on the planet. All life forms on the surface of the planet are the instruments and actors of an ancient epic opera hard-wired into the structure of our cells.



7) THE BEST PATHWAY TO MAINTAIN A NEST OF RATIOS IS THE GOLDEN MEAN
Wratcheting a cube five times at 32 degrees in the same visual space creates a dodecahedron. Wratcheting a dodecahedron 32 degrees gives the powers of Phi; Phi squared, cubed, etc. The Golden mean pathway enables information (shape) to be moved without loss of momentum (mind). The closer we can come to forming this shape and path, the grater our conductivity, that is, the more energy can flow through us. As we focus our intensity on these shapes and flow patterns, we create a sort of super conductive, super coherent energy exchange.



8) COHERENCE AT ANY LEVEL IS COHERENCE AT AL LEVELS.
An orderly arrangement between wave lengths establishes a connection between frequencies and fields. But for this connection to last, it must resonate to all frequencies and fields. This can only be accomplished through the resonate structure of golden mean pathways. This harmonic cascade of inter-connected-ness is the structure of our hologramic universe, perceptible as ecstasy.



9) DNA IS THE SEED CRYSTAL OF THE HIGHER DIMENSIONAL LIGHT BODY.
DNA, a perfect Phi structures crystal connecting long waves and short waves, is a three-dimensional patterns designed to transmit information, in the form of living being, through time and space, the fourth dimension. Its goal seems to be the creation of a fifth dimensional intelligence, one capable of phase-locking with the information of the universe stored in the crystaline coding of the DNA geometry.



10) LIGHT, WHEN FOLDED BACK ON ITSELF, COMES TO KNOW ITSELF.
A fifth dimensional awareness, which we can categorize as one that sees all space and time, energy and matter, as components of the original wave form, bends Light into the circle of self-awareness. This creates the rich blue/UV explosion of energy that accompanies the rise of Kundalini, the phase-lock of biological energies into the flow of the universal information energy stream. This enfolded-ness creates enlightenment, a state where the awareness of the universal mind meets itself at every wave junction.

Is he telling us that the Green Language, which is heard according to David Ovason only by those "who have clothed themselves in the skin of the dragon,"[4] is simply a symbolic approximation of the information, transmitted by weak laser pulses, coming from our DNA?
According to the work of anthropologist Jeremy Narby, this Ur-language of light is a "forest television" of images in which "DNA is a snaked shaped master of transformation that lives in water and is both extremely long and small, single and double. Just like the cosmic serpent."[5] His assessment agrees with Ovason's comments that only one who has the skin of the dragon, or has become one with the cosmic serpent of DNA, can understand this symbolic language of light.

Could it be possible, by looking at the structure of DNA, to reconstruct this dragon's speech, this green language of light's syntax, grammar and vocabulary? The below documents the MATHEMTIC ORIGINALITY of Dan Winter's computer animations of the origin of alphabets. (Apparently Tenen's alphabet shadows were based on shadows of a piece of hand carved jewelry with no mathematics. everytime that Stan says, that Dan's equations are a fraud, he
makes it strong with court testimonies. Dan's equation is NOT
a fraud, it is a pure interprojection of excuisitely straightforward
equations. This is what we understand from the message on Ted
Small's website. As long as people refuse to look at the actual
mathematic contents, rather than the "social" form of what's the
issue, either because of dogmatism or simply for lacking brains,
Stan's false allegations will never be dismantled. Stan's claim is
just as absurd as making the number Pi (3.141) out of clay, asking
copyright on it and sueing every scientist who says it is a really a
mathematical formula. If a mouse wins in court, that does not make

The mutual scales (sizes) of Phi-spiral and Donut are irrelevant, as long as the spiral is evolved
from the centre upto the circumference. THIS NATURALLY RESULTS IN A 1.5 TURN. Where the
projection of the Phi-spiral reaches the edge of the Donut, it "falls straight off", naturally resulting
in a straigth angular approach to the equator of the Donut, and hence, a parallel letter shape.

Hence, moreover, the Flame Form is a natural phenomenon, and thus everyone who defends
a person who wants to copyright it, should also defend a person who copyrights a clay model of

We have reviewed the data in question and in my opinion conclude that Mr. Winter's claim is valid. Attached please find an explanation from which bases we came to this .

Abstract:
Mathematically confirming the correctness of the table of numbers Mr. Winter calls "penlinesi.txt", as conforming exactly to a Golden Mean spiral on the X and Y axis, and exactly to two simple ratio functions in the peak and cross points on the Z axis, what Winter calls the relative height and depth of the donut.

Analysis:
I have examined the attached tables of numbers which are reproductions of the data in question. Table 1 contains two columns of numbers , which are radius R and angle Theta, as taken from columns B and C of his Excel spreadsheet "spiralspread" on Mr. Winter's website, (www.danwinter.com/spiralbet). Table 2 contains three columns of numbers, from column F which is the X value, column G which is the Y value and column H which is the Z value, as taken from the same spread sheet. The values of Table 2 are also the exact values of the file which Mr. Winter has called "penlinesi.txt" on his web site. This is the exact file which Mr. Winter claims as the bases for all his alphabet letter form graphics

Referring first to Table 1, the first and second columns, which Mr. Winter refers to as radius R and angle Theta do indeed correspond exactly to the equation:

R = 1.6180339^( (2*Theta) / P ) Equation 1.

which Mr. Winter claims is the equation for the Golden Mean spiral. It can be readily observed that the Table 1 values were created by stepping through a sequence of Theta values and computing the corresponding radius R values. Further that the Theta values were chosen by stepping through simple intervals of .15707963 radians, or written differently as P / 20. This resulted in a table of values which represented a position point computed for every 9 degrees of rotation.

Next referring to Table 2, also referred to as 'penlinesi.txt', Mr. Winter has properly converted the polar coordinate notation, as computed in Table 1, to the correct corresponding rectilinear X and Y coordinates. The values of Table 2 for X and Y indicate that Mr. Winter used the standard polar to rectilinear equations to compute these values. These equations are as follows:

X = R cos ( Theta ) Equation 2.
Y = R sin ( Theta ) Equation 3.

From the above results I would conclude that the claim made by others that Mr. Winter somehow changed the tail end values for his Golden Mean plot points ( i. e. the X and Y values) which would have violated the Equation 1 defined relationship are apparently false.

The third or right most column which Mr. Winter calls the Z values, if plotted, create a short downward moving wave then a longer wave moving up. Graphic 1 is such a plot of the Z values (here displayed on the vertical axis), against the Radius values (here on the horizontal axis). Referring to Graphic 1 note that the change of sign of the Z values were plotted in the graph simply for ease of viewing. The inversion of sign of Z has no affect on the ratios along the radius R axis or the ratio of maximum to minimum.

Note that the Radius values for Graphic 1 come from Table 1, while the Z values against which they are plotted come from the corresponding line R value in Table 2. Both are present in the complete "spiralspread" spreadsheet file on the web.

Referring to Graphic 1 which is a plot of the Table 2 Z values against or verses their corresponding radii R from table 1, it becomes clear that Mr. Winter's function which he revolves to generate the "donut" shape grows by a geometric ratio (PHI^6) in it's radius. The outside diameter (521) divided by the inside diameter (29.03) equals 17.94 which does correspond to the function Golden Mean (1.6180339..) raised to the sixth power.

Dividing the absolute value of the largest Z value or maximum of Table 2 (582.412) by the absolute value of the largest negative Z value or minimum of Table 2 (48.535) equals the ratio of 11.99985577 or functionally equals the ratio of 12 for graphical purposes.

From the observed mathematical precision of functional relationships between R and Z, I would conclude that the table of numbers relating R to Z which is claimed by Mr. Winter to be the curve he uses to create his spiral strip letter form graphics, were created with an equation. I doubt that such a precise mathematically defined relationship could be obtained from a hand created sculpture.

In summary we have examined Mr. Winter's data from a mathematical basis and have found the following:

1. R = 1.6180339^( (2*Theta) / P ) and the rectilinear X & Y values correspond to the polar R and Theta values.(also produce: phi 1= x^2 + x, z = z^2 + z)
2. Z axis depth to height ratio of the smaller donut to larger =12.
3. Z axis ratio diameter of the inner smaller donut to larger = PHI ^ 6 or 1.618033989 ^ 6.

Based upon these findings it is my opinion that Mr. Winter's claim;

"That his graphic spreadsheet 'penlinesi.txt' values result from numeric function and more specifically that the X and Y values are direct equation based and that the Z wave values correspond to two functional mathematical ratios in both their 0 crossings, and their peaks."

is valid and correct.
